1. Acceptance

By using the ROGUE1 website (rogue1.info), the ROGUE1 streaming app, or any related services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

ROGUE1 (Rogue TV) provides streaming access to live TV channels, movies, and TV series via our app and website. Content availability may vary by region and is subject to change without notice. We strive for stable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

3. Eligibility and account

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and not barred from using the service under applicable law. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Do not share your credentials beyond the number of devices allowed by your plan.

4. Use of the service

You agree to use ROGUE1 for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not:

• Redistribute streams or content to others
• Share credentials beyond your allowed devices
• Circumvent access controls or technical limitations
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

5. Free trial

We may offer a free trial (e.g. 3 days) with no credit card required. One trial per user, device, or household may apply. When the trial ends, access stops unless you subscribe. We may change or discontinue trial offers at any time.

6. Payment and subscriptions

Plans and prices are as shown on the website. Payment is processed by third-party payment providers; their terms apply to the payment step. We do not store your full card details on our servers. Refunds are subject to our policy (e.g. no refunds after an activation code has been issued, unless required by law). We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts and pursue recovery in case of chargebacks or fraud.

7. Intellectual property

All content (channels, movies, series) is for personal viewing only. You may not copy, record, redistribute, or exploit the content. ROGUE1, Rogue TV, and related names and logos are our property or our licensors'.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for third-party content or your misuse of the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these terms or at our discretion. You may stop using the service at any time. On termination, your right to access ends. We do not refund any unused portion of a pre-paid period unless required by law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
