Why was my payment declined or requires verification?
Some banks automatically review international or online transactions as part of their normal security process. If this happens, you may receive a notification or prompt from your bank to approve the payment. Once approved, you can retry the payment and it should process successfully.

This is a standard banking procedure and does not indicate an issue with your account or our service.
Are payments secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through established payment gateways using industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your information.

We do not store your credit card details on our servers.
Why do some payments appear as an international transaction?
Affordable TV serves users worldwide and works with multiple international payment providers. As a result, some transactions may be processed through an overseas gateway, which your bank may treat as an international payment.
What currency will I be charged in?
Most payments are shown in USD for clarity. However, one of our payment gateways processes transactions in XCD (East Caribbean Dollar).

If your payment is processed in XCD:
• Your bank will automatically convert the amount to your local currency
• The final amount will be equivalent to the displayed price
• Your bank may apply a small currency conversion fee, depending on your card issuer
I didn't receive a confirmation message from my bank — what should I do?
If your bank uses SMS, app, or email verification and you did not receive a prompt:
• Check your bank's mobile app or online banking
• Contact your bank's support team and ask them to approve the transaction
• Once approved, return and retry the payment
Will I be charged during the free trial?
No. If you start a free trial, no credit card is required, and no charge will be made during the trial period.

You will only be billed if you choose to subscribe after the trial.

How does the free trial work?
You get 3 days of full access with no credit card required. Download the app, sign up with your email, and start streaming. If you like it, purchase an activation code via this website. Or you can contact us on WhatsApp and Telegram for more details and promotion!
Which 3 devices are supported simultaneously?
We support Android phones, tablets, TV boxes, Android TV devices (including Sony and other smart TVs that allow sideloading), Firesticks, and Samsung TV support is coming soon.

Your subscription allows up to 3 devices to be used at the same time, limited to:

1 phone
1 tablet
1 TV device (TV box, Firestick, or supported smart TV)

Only one TV device can be used at a time. For example, you cannot use multiple Firesticks or TV boxes simultaneously.
How do I get my login credentials?
Launch the app and register with your email. You will receive a one-time passcode. Please make sure to check your spam mail if you did not receive it in your inbox.
What internet speed do I need?
We recommend at least 10 Mbps for SD and 25 Mbps for HD streaming. For 4K content, 50 Mbps or higher is ideal. Slower connections may still work at lower quality.
